1. Register. Click here to create a trial team member account on Fox Trial Finder.
2. Identify your Trial. Search on our Browse Trials page to see if your trial is already on Fox Trial Finder. If not, you can submit your trial here.
3. Connect. Once you find or submit your trial, you’ll be prompted to follow a few simple steps to connect your profile to your trial.
4. Manage Trial Details. Once you are connected, you’ll be able to make changes and save them in real-time should anything need to be updated. Assign coordinators to manage recruitment for individual site locations.
5. View Volunteer Matches. Fox Trial Finder automatically identifies volunteer profiles of individuals that match your trial's eligibility criteria.
6. Search the Volunteer Database. You have the ability to filter the 30,000+ volunteer profiles based on over 20 different characteristics.
7. Send and Receive Messages. Found a volunteer that looks like a good fit? Send them a secure, anonymous message on Fox Trial Finder to conduct further screening.
